         A.  We use a statistical viewpoint of game trends though the past years. After analyzing all of the past games of Straight Up, ATS and totals a look at how well the coaches and owners do on the road and at home. Last minute looks of weather, injuries and illness' are then factored in.

     2.  Do the sports handicappers play their own picks.

          A. Of course we do. We also understand all games are 50/50 games and anything can happen during a game.

     3.  Is Oracle Sports monitored?

          A. Yes, as of November 1, 2009 we have signed up with CappersWatchDog.com.

     4.  Is every pick that you give out monitored with them or only standard picks keeping your high rated picks only available to certain clients.

          A.  All of our picks are posted. Sometimes human and internet errors cut us short from having them posted as we take care of our clients first and then send them to be posted.

     5.  Why can't Oracle Sports Handicappers hit 80% of their games consistantly?

          A.  If a sports handicapping service tells you they can hit 80-90% of the time they are liars. How many investment advisors are out there that tell you they will make you a ton of money in the stock market? A few of them are out there too. By taking a look at the long run 52% is a break even point with 58-60% in the long run being lucrative. 

     6.  I signed up and paid for my picks but did not get them, why?

          A.  We do not use a generated system. If you purchase the Football package on Monday night at 9:00 PM EST after the game has started you will receive your pick on the next game day. If you purchase a week (7 day) package then your week starts at the beginning of the next football day. There may be times where we hold off on our picks until the last minute due to some breaking news. As soon as we make our final decision we get them out to you.

     7.  How do I receive my picks?

          A.  When you purchase your choice of many packages you will receive them via the method you state. Calling in to our service you would let them know how you would like to receive your picks. Online purchases give you that option upon checkout. If you make a mistake in how you would like to receive them send us an email and we will change it. If you purchased your picks online and have not heard from us at least an hour before game time send us an email or call our service at 1-866-553-1907. Your spam filter may have captured our email (ensure orders@ and info@ are added to your safe list) or your order has not caught up to us yet. There has been some last minute orders that have taken some time to go through the processing service and internet airwaves.

      8.  Do you run specials?

          A.  Periodically we run specials and send out special emails. Pay close attention to our web site to see specials that come up that we may not advertise.

      9.  I sometimes see you list specials that are stated "Online Special Only". Why is this?

          A.  Online only specials are an encouragement for you to sign up through our web site. There are times our sports handicappers get bombarded and bogged down with phone calls and you may not be able to get through. This way we can offer you the opportunity to purchase a pick and not try to get through to our busy lines, plus we can offer you a discounted rate this way.

     10.  I do not want to get any more emails from you but when I send a reply email to your special offer emails nothing happens.

          A.  At the bottom of that newsletter, like all other newsletters, there is an unsubscribe link. Our emails come from an email service and are guided by their system. You would need to unsubscribe through them.

     11.  Why don't you have a normal newsletter subscription besides just the specials?

          A.  We believe that we can better serve you through viewing our web site. Since we offer multiple sports you can decide which write-up you wish to read about instead of receiving emails of topics you do not care about.
